Personal information is only used for shipping purposes, we do not share your data with any other party besides the shipping company.
2. Shipping
All orders come with registered airmail. After your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number so you can check the status of your package.
The estimated shipping time is about 2-5 days for Spanish orders.
1-2 weeks for European orders.
And 2-4 weeks for orders outside of Europe.
We ask for your patience and cooperation. Due to the pandemic, shipping might be slower than usual.
If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated time, give it a few more days, and if you still haven't received it by then, please contact us.
3. Payment
Payment is made through Paypal only. Extra fees may apply when you receive the package, depending on the laws in your country.
4. Refund policy
We prepare every package carefully and add as many protection layers as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the safety of the package's contents once it's out of our hands. We are not responsible for the courier's possible negligence, so there will be no refunds.
